⭐I took this as a textbook for a first year graduate course in the Statistics department. Interestingly, I came from a pure engineering background and almost zero background in statistics…but this book was so helpful to grasp the taught concepts! I am sure it can be even helpful for self-study or a quick reference for basic concepts. Note that this is a mathematical oriented book: it is not application oriented.Such a beautiful book!
