⭐An annoyance of mine is whether or not people make an effort to standardize their notation when referring to new mathematical topics. I own at least 5 statistics texts and all of them use different notation, but this is the farthest off. It requires tedious effort and tedious derivation to rephrase notation which was written in almost another language of symbols. I picked up this book understanding very well all forms of traditional regression, but the introduction of the math with differences in character representation totally threw me off. I ended up just reading an article on Towards Data Science and picked it up easily.However, for text about things like assumptions this is a good reference.
