⭐From what I understand this is the most authoritative book on Riemann. Its got good information and is well researched, but its a hard read. The organization seems slightly chaotic at times. The constant passages in German are unnecessary and distracting. Its a hard read. But ultimately it gives some great information. Also, it lacks an appendix to look up where various terms are used (e.g. tensor). Its also quite expensive.

⭐This is a wonderful book to get excited about math……buy the book, and it get is a high levels, buy it and get lost in it! The math history is very nice part of the book too. a pure math dream…..

⭐There are a lot of interesting details about Riemann as a person, his early family life, health problems and somewhat complaining personality. I had to go back and review a lot of math, particularly complex variables, before I could understand any of the mathematics.

⭐For me this is the best book to know, from just one source, the great mathematician Bernhard Riemann. His life and work are presented not just for experts, but for those that want to know him without make a deep research.
