Salchar and the Free Fleet are tired, low on resources, man power and ships that should actually be flying. Yet they have a mandate, free those that are being oppressed.Sarenmenti, Humans, Kuruvians, Chaleelians and the genetic creations of the AI called the Planner, Avarians, band together under the banner of the Free Fleet to go to the fleet’s birthplace-Earth.Life is nothing but a battle for a survival, and Salchar is going to have to use all of his skills to keep his people alive. The galaxy has a few surprises to throw his way, as well as some polticians up to their own games. Salchar is going to wish for battles instead of dealing with the twisted minds of politicians and people that think they are still the centre of the universe.

Reviews from Amazon users, collected at the time the book is getting published on UniedVRG. It can be related to shiping or paper quality instead of the book content:

⭐ I really like the books and the characters, but I wish the author would make the fights a little less chaotic, granted that space battles are chaotic but when I read the story I loose the image in my head of what is happening. It is just a jumbled mess till you come out the other side. I would recommend that the author look at other space battles stories to see how to incorporate ways to show dimension. The only other thing is that I did get a sense of scale in the first book but in this one it felt stilted. I again did not have an image in my head of where everyone was compared to other locations.Last item was the added observer, if he is going to be on the bridge following the main character and be that annoying then he really needs to be there and be annoying. He was annoying for like a couple of pages in the book and then not mentioned again. If he was muzzled again it was not mentioned. Even with these items I still enjoyed the book and will continue to read it.

⭐ The storyline is interesting. The editing stinks. The use of the English language is baffling and an atrocity. The lack of any knowledge of any military tactics is, well lacking. The author certainly knows something about gaming. But it doesn’t always translate very well. The use of “American ” idioms is poorly translated. I seriously doubt the writer grew up with English as a primary language. Having said all that, there is something about the storyline that I liked.

⭐ The Good: An excellent story, solid characters, and a believable scenario of aliens and humans rebelling to defend our solar system. The Bad: some spelling mistakes, incorrect words, wrong words. This just needs a good proof reading by a beta reader to list any faults/queries and take it from 4 stars to 5 stars.

⭐ And political drama ensues, earth is as usal full of it.so action growth and a little drama makes for a fun read.

⭐ Assuming you read book one, you’re already aware of the author’s less than artful use of editing. I assume if you are reading book two you accept this fact. Book two shows some improvement (there is still a ways to go), picks up nicely where book one ending and the same interesting cast of characters appear through out the read. If you enjoyed book one, this offering will not disappoint. It is what it is.

⭐ I bought and read the second book to see if time and experience improved the quality of editing, proof reading, logical continuity, pronoun usage and order, verb tenses and some other issues that make reading the book a jarring exercise. It is the same. Even a pass with an automated grammar and context checker would make it more readable. I wonder if he ever read the book after he dictated it or however it got into a file. It would be entertaining to listen to the author attempt to read the text aloud. Please, Mr. Chatfield, absorb an elementary school grammar workbook and I will give readership another try. I applaud your attempt at writing.

⭐ This is a great second part to the tale and I really enjoyed reading it. Liked the character development and interaction made me read more. The whole story unfolded and I kept reading wanting to know what was going to happen and how the heroes would make it.

⭐ great

⭐ I really liked this book can’t wait to see where the next book takes the story I will definitely read the next book

⭐ nice
