Description

The Universe isn’t always as it appears, something that Salchar and the Free Fleet know only too well.

When the black’s own creatures come tearing out from children’s nightmares. The Free Fleet will be there.

Some might call those that make up the Free Fleet insane, might call them lunatics. But in this universe, it’s good to have some lunatics on your side.

Reviews from Amazon users, collected at the time the book is getting published on UniedVRG. It can be related to shiping or paper quality instead of the book content:

⭐ The Good: An excellent story, solid characters, and a believable scenario of aliens and humans rebelling to defend our solar system. It may seem that I keep repeating myself with the following. But it is starting to get annoying with the amount of be following: spelling mistakes, incorrect words, wrong words, missing words, characters mixed up. This really needs a good proof reading by a beta reader to list any faults/queries and take it from 4 stars to 5 stars

⭐ I bought the Audible version of this book after listening to the first three in this series. Throughout the first three books I kept waiting for the ship A.I.s plot line to develop. If the author could do that it held promise, so I held back my urge to roll my eyes every few minutes at the amateurish writing. So many opportunities lost with paper thin enemy characterizations who just turn into loyal friends. So many possible intrigues that just get inexplicably dropped. So much pontificating about gamer ideals that are just out of place in a space war.Worst of all for this fourth book, is the switching point of view so frequently that it lost any sense of what was supposed to be happening to whom, and why. One example of this is when commander Salchar is carrying on factory design discussions with his people while in the middle of hand-to-hand combat with the Kaluh.Oh, and the ship A.I. part of the plot just languishes pointlessly.

⭐ great

⭐ I really liked this book can’t wait to see where the next book takes the story I will definitely read the next book

⭐ Loved the Free Fleet series myself. Lots of action, writer made you want to keep reading not wanting to put the book down. Lots of space drama, lots of action.

⭐ The story keeps bringing me back, just needs some more attention to detail on spelling and grammar. Worth reading regardless of that.

⭐ i love the book.. but as usual i read it too fast and want more… definitely worth reading if you love this books so far

⭐ awesome book and series cant waitfor 5

⭐ Love it

⭐ The story was as exciting and fast-paced as all the others in this series, kudos, but …The person(s) doing the editing have developed some sort of debilitating mental issue, are angry with the author, or. something. Disjointed sentences, spelling errors and the inability to recognize the differences in between wait and weight (homonyms).I don’t know about you, but that type of error brings my reading to a screeching halt. Being interrupted while reading is aggravating to me under any circumstances, but when it is caused by the errors in the book, I think it is especially egregious.I’m going on to read the next book, but I’ll just dump it if these errors aren’t corrected – and be reluctant to read another book by this author.
