⭐First of all, this is not a study book, but rather an encyclopedia of symmetries.The book contains a well written introduction (the first 70 pages) that explains symmetry methods in a nutshell. The rest of the book consists of ode’s and pde’s and their symmetries. Want to know the point symmetries, Lie-Backlund symmetries and exact solutions of the Korteweg-de Vries equation? Want to know what transformation connects the Burgers equation with the heat equation?Just look it up in Ibragimov.
