⭐Exactly what my resident teen “dummy” books fan needed. She recently found out about her allergies and it’s seriously helpin.
⭐Good recipies. Would have liked a little more information on how to mix different foods together.
⭐Love this book. Has lots of great information on facts. Nice to know what has really wheat in it. Tried the pancake mix, so awesome… No difference in taste and texture. Just letting others know….use smaller amounts of gums than called for and add more water!
⭐A friend told me about the book who eats gluten free. It a well done book and variety of choices, that I can use and enjoy taste of new things. I see it as an addition to my Gluten-Free library.
