⭐This is a great book for every medical student and every MD! It is easy to understand and the chapters are well organized.

⭐This is one of the best written and easily understood technical books I have ever read over my wide field of Electronics and Engineering. I only have a High School Level understanding of Science and biology. If you are willing to take your own notes and make an intellectual effort you can learn what is going on in your body.I purchased Guytons to understand what was going on with my body so I could discuss things with my Doctor. Unfortunately my Doctors do not have time for questions….. :- (I mentioned to a nurse that I bought this book to so I could understand my condition better. He replied that it was a very hard book to understand. That nurse frightened me because I thought it was an easy book to learn from. But I will grant that the nurse had 6 other subjects to learn at the same time and was under lots of stress.I shelled out the big bucks for the hardback with online content. The online content for what I needed was garbage quality. Osculation was such a poor recording. There are much better YouTube videos. If you need an electronic version just get the Kindle version rather than the poorly executed and proprietary e-content.

⭐The textbook is easy to read and to follow. The illustrations are helpful. Both Amazon’s description of the e-book and the text of the book itself claim that it provides access to online materials such as audio files. It does not. I followed the instructions to get access and ended up being told by Elsevier’s website that I should request help. Elsevier’s help told me that they only provide online access to e-books purchased directly from Elsevier. This is deceptive advertising by amazon.com.

⭐Medicine has a theoretical base on which it is built; molecular biology-biochemistry, physiology, and pathology. In physiology, Guyton is the bible.

⭐LOVE this text, even if popular terms like gout are missing. It is a over 1,100 page monster that comes with the corresponding ebook (itself more robust with added features – attached image) if you buy it new. Again, I love it. One of my favorite purchases this year.

⭐I am sure the book must be excellent. Unfortunately the kindle edition is not compatible with my kindle. Added to that, I could not open it on the app via my pc , as though it was showing I had bought the kindle version, it wanted me to buy it again.Also there is no content pages at the beginning of the book .

⭐Everything you need to know about physiology in one book. Explained in a simple way which is easy to understand, highly recommend.
