Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐I found this cookbook extremely helpful along with “the Complete Idiot’s Guide to Low-Carb Meals. I was instructed by my doctor to go on a low-carb diet and since I don’t enjoy cooking to begin with, I was a bit intimidated. These two cookbooks did the trick. As a result, we have totally changed our eating habits and after two months using these books as guidelines, I had my blood tested and my choloesterol and triglycerides were all in the healthy range, my husband and I have both lost weight and feel much better physically. I would recommend them to anyone needing to “cut the carbs”.

⭐Interesting good value for control of carbs in a sensible diet.

⭐This cookbook is a good addition to my low carb cookbook collection. I’ve been on a diet most of my life, and I find low carb eating the easiest plan to follow. Cookbooks like this one allow me to eat well and continue to enjoy cooking. The book is well written and makes good reading even if you’re not in cooking mode.

⭐TYPICAL OF ALL “DUMMIES” BOOKS THIS IS EASY TO USE, NICELY LAID OUT, EXCELLENT PRINT SIZE AND FUNNY AT TIMES.GOOD TO HAVE AT HAND AFTER MY OPEN HEART SURGERY!!

⭐Interesting things in here but, expected more than just average recipes. Not really inspiring (for me) – others could have a different experience.

    ⭐Very helpful!

⭐I purchased this book when I got on the Maintenance phase of the HCG diet. There are some great ideas in the book. It worked out nicely! Thanks 🙂

⭐Great recipes not found elsewhere and many, many tips that are helping me with my low carb journey!

⭐This book is so full of wonderful information… I’m on a low-carb, no-carb diet and this book has explained about the hidden carbs; I was unaware of… It’s full of wonderful information… Jan has a way of explaining it so I can understand it better than some of the other books I tried to read… I’m looking forward to the next DUMMIES book…
