Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐This book is very helpful. There really isn’t many books available on this, especially now. This is a older publication but very helpful.

⭐I have been trying to read everything on the subject…I have had it for 35 years but never really took it too seriously till recently when I have began having more severe symptoms. I always tried to eat more protein, but didn’t pay attention at all to what I should be avoiding. That is the very important part! This book is very informative and helpful. I didn’t realize how unusual it is to have non reactive hypoglycemia. The only way to know if you really have it is to take the glucose test which I failed on hour two by passing out and walking into a wall………lol The Dr. said….I think she has had enough…….lol It is very important to read as much as you can on this to help your self live a better life…

⭐This is good about telling you about hypoglycemia and also helps with food choices. Not great but it’s pretty good. I’m learning things I didn’t back in1979 when I was diagnosed. But I didn’t really learn anything back then. That’s why my eating is reactive: I feel like crap, I eat to steady myself. My weight does not like that food plan. Maybe this will help.

⭐I am learning so much about a condition that I’ve had for years and truly misunderstood.

⭐Was quite informative on what to eat and what not too

⭐Really good resource. Great for anyone new to hypoglycemia and also those who need a reminder about what they should be doing.

⭐I have been having a rough time trying to find out why i am so tierd, sweaty, and yawning all the time.(for years now, its very confusing because the symptoms are so similar to Menopause, and other things.) When I follow the helpful suggestions, I have experienced some relief. The Drs.Test results were always normal, which was some what upsetting, considering my symptoms are so debilitating, and not imaginary. you really have to stick to the style of eating, because it helps when you do, and when you don’t the symptoms return. P.S. I have found sacha inchi seeds helpful to keep my blood sugar up between meals.

⭐I wish this book had been available 50 years ago when I was MISDIAGNOSED as a seizure person and remained on seizure medication (so I could drive) until 2012. My doctor read it (not the one who misdiagnosed me) and was shocked by my experience. There are many people living with this condition who remain undiagnosed and who are in need of this information. My last glucose tolerance test showed that I am not hypoglycemic at 85 probably because I have been on a diabetic type diet for many years and my body is no longer producing too much insulin.

⭐Thanks to this book, I learned how the problem arises, the social and physical limitations it causes and possible solutions to keeping hypoglycemia under control and causing less anxiety. No doctor bothers to give you the helpful knowledge in this book…what a pity.

⭐I found this book easy to read and explained any myths that I had on this illness. It made sense that if we tend to eat foods that have a lot of sugar in them then in turn this will send our blood sugars crashing and thus the symptoms of hypoglycemia. I was unsure of why I felt the way I did with the physical symptoms I had but this book made sense of it.

    ⭐Thumbs up from me

⭐informative book worthwhile red for all those who need to gen up on this condition

⭐Well, you have to start somewhere and this seemed the simplest way to get fast and accurate information. It arrived promptly and answered my initial questions.
