⭐Large thick book with a very through history of Art. In reality, it’s really a study of human history through the stories expressed through art. It has many large, high quality pictures of fine art from around the world, as well as pottery, architecture, and other disciplines. If you’re not a student and just want to study, experience, or just to look at art, this is a great book for you. If you are a student, you’re probably required to study this at some level of academia.

⭐Good survey of western art. Very comprehensive. Heavy.

⭐This book was in pretty decent condition, considering it was a used book. It did damage the cover, but luckily this book got me through my art class with no problem!

⭐Fantastic pricing for textbook. Condition of book was very good. The textbook itself is amazing such that I almost wish that I had bought it outright. A very impressive comprehensive study of Western Art. Still have a long way to go to incorporate more women, but they’ve made much progress since original publication.

⭐Bought this for my daughter for college art requirement. She liked it so well that she wanted to keep it instead of selling it at the end of semester. Lots of valuable information in here and examples by photo’s.

⭐The rim of the book is a little beat up. However all the pages are inside and the book itself is in good condition.

⭐It’s a pleasure to read this updated version with firsthand accounts from the various periods and a timeline.

⭐A excellent book as you would expect but very heavy, I would suggest this book needs a bit more care when being picked in the depot I received a copy and it was scratched down the front cover.Amazon were excellent and sent me a new copy the next day however this one had greasy marks on the cover and a blemish on the hard cover of the book,but now armed with two copies I was able to make a good one.

⭐Don’t bother if you plan to read it on IPad kindle because it will waste you a lot of time and never open.

⭐Very pleased with quality of this book.
