The purpose of the Cambridge Edition is to offer translations of the best modern German edition of Kant’s work in a uniform format suitable for Kant scholars. When complete (fourteen volumes are currently envisaged) the edition will include all of Kant’s published writings and a generous selection from the unpublished writings such as the Opus postumum, handschriftliche Nachlass, lectures, and correspondence. This volume contains the first translation into English of notes from Kant’s lectures on metaphysics. These lectures, dating from the 1760s to the 1790s, touch on all the major topics and phases of Kant’s philosophy. Most of these notes have appeared only recently in the German Academy Edition; this translation offers many corrections of that edition. As is standard with the volumes in the Cambridge Edition there is an extensive editorial apparatus, including extensive linguistic and explanatory notes, a detailed subject index, and glossaries of key terms.

⭐I am no materials expert, but it seems quite light for any stainless that I know. Of course, that could be because of how thin it the material was. Honestly, I am surprised they got any threads in it without cutting through the knurling, or the other way around, depending on what the order of machining was. It was long for the threads on my barrel, and was difficult to get the threads started. I had to clean up the starter thread in both directions. It also felt a bit out of round as I installed it. Not at all happy with this, but I guess you get what you pay for.

⭐Very please with workmanship

⭐The thread protector is about an 1/8″ to long. It also is coming lose rather easily compared to other thread protectors I’ve used. The materials seem to be very nice but it’s length and inability to stay on consistently are what are hurting it.

⭐good product. thin side walls, makes it a closer match to my barrel. longer than required but was easy to turn down to length.

⭐fits ok just a little to long

⭐Fits perfect and looks great.

⭐Needed a cover for threads when rifle is stored. This does the job well. Textured surface is easy grip.

⭐Fit perfect!
