Yes, it can easily and satisfyingly be read as a standalone, but reading them in order will give you a better look into these developing characters and their relationships.Mister O is just how you would imagine him – Nick Hammer is a genius with his sketches, wit and a genius within the sheets. He has had a thing for his best friends sister, Harper Holiday. Harper makes a proposition for Nick – one he surely could not pass up. As things heat up, Nick finds things may be reversed. How does he handle it? Does he make the right decision? Are they on the same page?Nick is awesome. His character is a mixture of geek turn God with the smarts, charm and personality to match. The way things pan out between Nick and Harper is something fierce. You can’t help but read and sigh – sigh because it’s cute, sigh because it’s sexy as sin!Another great read by the infamous rom-com author, Lauren Blakely. She knows how to put pen to paper like nobody’s business. I highly recommend this read.Also, this is another one that I would highly recommend audible upgrade. Two words -Sebastian York. ⭐ Loved this book as much if not more than the previous book “Big Rock” with Spencer and Charlotte. Which is hard because I laughed a lot with it!! I really like to at least read where a man thinks about the girl in bed before the wam bam thank you mam! Well this is your guy, his mission statement. Of course that as you learn is just a part of his makeup to be a giving person. Men could learn a lot from him, and for not only for the women’s betterment. He has a lot more depth than I was thinking this title would entail. I learned quite a bit at 3X the recommended age in this book. Lauren Blakely did it again, love/romance comedy, educational BIG words, understanding hidden meanings, yes, I am trying to keep up to date (otherwise I am good at putting my foot in my mouth not meaning to). I work with the public so believe me it can be very embarrassing!! I do love her books, I haven’t gone wrong yet with one. Don’t miss Big Rock the one before this one, it was so good… This book is a standalone, HEA, adults 18 and over only.

⭐ These is cute just like Big Rock was. This was pretty much a little sister asking her brothers best friend on how to attack a guy. Which just leads to really funny moments especially since they started to fall for each other. I love these story for how simply and honest it is without all the cheating, misconnection, or breakup. Nick writes comics with Mr. O going around saving women by giving them orgasm. Its something that surprise me that makes him lots of money. Then Harper who is magician which I didn’t know was still a thing, and is really good at it. They both like to go bowling and have witty banter plus knowing each other for as long as they have helps.So yeah if you like a straight forward romance that is told in the males POV. There is no drama or cheating or anything but a real fun read with some sexy times. Please read this along with Big Rock, Mister O, and Well hung. Yes there really ridicules titles but the stories inside are wonderfully simple and lovely.

⭐ This is the funniest, erotic book I have ever read and loved every minute of it. I bought this book over a year ago and yes, I had to pay full price for it and am a little irritated that it is now on sale for .99 BUT it was worth every penny that I paid. It is so clever and wonderfully written. I sat at my daughter’s pool reading this book and then in her house “LOL” and had everyone looking at me like “what?” I had to read some of the passages to my daughter and my son-in-law and she busted up and even staid Jim, had to laugh as well. If you have never read an erotic book before, do start with this one. Yes, it is very explicit but the banter back and forth and in his “head” is hilarious. Even though I have a ton of books to read, I may just have to read this again because I SOOOO enjoyed it. Do yourself a favor, and READ THIS BOOK! You will thank me later. As a matter of fact, if you have a sense of humor, read anything she writes because they are all very witty and fun.

He was all about mutual enjoyment in everything. It was so much fun to be in Nick’s head. Harper was kind of a combination of hot and geeky. She was the perfect match for Nick. I loved their conversations and especially their texts. Their banter was so witty!I knew Mister O was going to be a pleasurable read and I was right. It was so much fun to experience these two characters falling in love. Mister O is definitely a must read for adult contemporary romance readers who like a humorous and very sexy read.

⭐ Let me start off by saying I first read this book many moons ago. Long before I started writing reviews. It was immediately cemented into my “best books ever category”. I don’t normally re-read a lot of books, and I legit could not tell you how many times I have done so with this one. I felt like I was not doing Lauren and her amazing characters in this book, Nick and Harper, their due justice by not putting into words the love I have for this story. So here we go…..This was the first book I read that was 100% male POV. And it seriously changed my reader life. While I have read many and also enjoyed many male POV storylines…this one just. Does. It. For. Me. No other one can compare! No matter how many times I have read this book…I laugh out loud (literally, out loud), I swoon so flipping hard even though I know what happens, I giggle A LOT, and I cry at the end every time. Lauren delivers two of my all time favorite characters in this book with Nick and Harper….as individuals you appreciate their uniqueness but together you will fall in love too!! The way the come together is so unconventional and going along for their supposed innocent journey and getting the pleasure of reading how they fall in love is just….it’s everything you want in a ROM COM wrapped up in a gorgeous package with little polka dot bows tied around it. And I mean…did you see that cover? Like I said…pretty package!!! If you like a quirky story that is nothing like what you’ve before, insanely witty banter between characters, smoking scenes that leave you needing a cold shower, and an epically awesome HEA….read this book. ⭐ Can there be a book two on them?!?! I am a sucker for friends-to-lovers romance (especially enemies-to-lovers). I just read book 1 and immediately one-clicked into book 2. I knew it was going to be explosive between Nick and Harper and I couldn’t put it down. I’m talking about can’t-go-to-sleep, who-needs-food-because-this-book-is-that-good good. Sometimes, I wish I could stop time just so I can read and get to all my other duties whenever I finish my book especially when it’s about a man who loves to please women to the point where he prefers them to enjoy themselves many many times to his one time.So, we meet Nick and Harper in book 1. In fact, their chemistry is evident when they play a trick on her brother by pretending to be together. The chemistry between them is mind-blowing, melt-your-kindle, dayum-I-want-some-of-that, please-keep-going good. And OMG the sexy scenes between them . Nick is extraordinarily good. I’m sure it helped Nick’s case that he is the creator of Mr. Orgasm-his knowledge is so extensive that he is willing to “help” Harper who becomes a blubbering mess when she is attracted to a guy and doesn’t know how to respond. He tells her he’s willing to be her teacher and she is a more-than-willing student ready to learn every trick possible to becoming a normal person that can speak when talking to a potential man.I love that this is told in Nick’s perspective. I mean, Lauren Blakely is a master at writing in a male voice. I was enthralled and glued to every page. Even hearing Nick’s insecurities was sexy. Wow. And can he be any sexier? He’s all about pleasuring women. Yes please! What a book! I’ll definitely reread this. I especially loved the ending (and I totally enjoy hearing updates on Charlotte and Spencer (book 1). Bravo.

⭐ Harper has never been able to talk to men she’s attracted to without stumbling all of her words in a conversation with them. She turns to her BFF Nick (which is also Harper’s brother Spencer’s BFF) for help. She ask him to help her how to date, how to talk to men, but truely their has only been Nick she’s had her eyes for. Nick has had it bad for Harper, but knew he couldn’t have her because of Spencer. Once Spencer and Charlotte leave for their honeymoon Nick and Harper get down to some serious teacher/student on how to date and amongst other things.This story is funny, sexy, erotic and loving. Totally makes you want to be Harper right now. Her HEA is awesome! I loved reading this story. This couple could so easily be real. Another amazing story by Lauren Blakely!

⭐ OMG, how did it take me so long to read this book??? Absolutely LOVED every word from start to finish!! I have never read any of Lauren Blakey’s books before, but since reading Mister O I have ordered several more of hers because I’m hooked!! The character of Nick Hammer was just amazing! He’s a nerdy kid that liked to draw that grew up to be a hot cartoonist that loves to pleasure woman. Which leads to the best idea for a comic strip character that I’ve ever heard of before! The best part about Nick is he’s the hot nerd but he’s not arrogant about it or a womanizer. He enjoys giving woman mind blowing orgasms but he’s, what he calls a serial monogamist. He’s so likable and unaware of his feelings that you just can’t help but want things to work out for him. And Harper is amazing! A magician of all things! Loved that and the fact that she has wanted Nick for so long and finally found a way to get him. This book was such a fun read with wonderful secondary characters that just added to the charm of Nick and Harper. I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to read Spencer’s, Wyatt’s, and Simon’s stories!!
