Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐It didn’t answer the question I had. I have been using Outlook for years and know quite a lot about it, but I have one of my accounts that is deleting all messages after the day they post. I even deleted the account and reinstalled it. This didn’t the problem while all my other accounts work fine and messages don’t delete until I want to.
⭐This is a good basic reference for Outlook. It does not cover every possible topic in Outlook but it gives the basics you need to be a reasonably proficiency user. A handy reference for those who want to send and receive e-mails and use some of the features to aid them in organizing their messages and a bargain as far as price. If you need to know more than this there are more detailed books out there, but this should work for most folks. I am ordering 16 copies to hand out to adults taking a basic class I am teaching in the subject.
⭐Great guide. It contains plenty of information and easy to refer back to a certain topic. The instructions and diagrams are easy to follow.
⭐The quality of the book is perfect, as expected. The book is like new.
⭐Such a helpful book. I never used Outlook until I got the Outlook 2010, and this book helps me with all the questions. Quick reference and I love it!!
⭐I found that this book needs to be read with a magnifying glass. I found that it was more for business than for someone with less understanding of working with a computer program.
⭐Came bent and distorted
⭐Product arrived in the time promised as was exactly as the description stated
⭐I was struggling to manage my email inbox at work so I picked this up to try and put some order in my work life using pseudo GTD approach. I read it through and then spent several days thinking about and developing my own version of GTD using Outlook. I’m now much more organised and less stressed so it’s been worth it.
⭐I wanted a book that could give me a good introduction to Outlook 2010. This book does provide some basic information, but no more that what I could get from the help files. Also some basic information was missing and it took me ages to sort things out for myself.
⭐Does what it says on the tin, informative. Arrived in excellent condition and on time.
⭐A very good purchase, it answers all my questions when they crop up, with this book I’m able to sort out mega problems as and when they happen. It’s a must, to have by your side.
⭐Outlook is a complex programme that has a host of hidden features. This book helps you to get the most out of it, I have found it very helpful.
