⭐Although I have visited Paris several times, and in fact, studied for two years in French speaking countries, I have found the last 2 versions of Paris for Dummies to be very useful! There is so much practical information and it is definitely NOT for Dummies! Anyone can benefit from the suggestions on planning your trip to Paris, whether it is your first or fifth. There is SO much to see and do and so many good suggestions about preparing for your trip and what you will face when you get there. Even speaking the language, I find that so many things are so different that it really helps to have someone walk you through the details of negotiatingevery day activities. It is a very good reference book on hotels, restaurants, tourist sights, transportation, customs, you name it! I highly recommend it and always take my copy with me when I go, referring to it constantly. It is money well spent!Bon voyage et bon appetit!

⭐This is a great book for anyone wanting to learn about Paris but doesn’t know where to start, as the title says this book is great for us dummies, who love Paris, but don’t actually know anything about Paris. Great way to get to know the city we want to know more about.

⭐I have never been to France. I went to Paris for a business trip in October and this book helped me to learn more about the French culture and to brush up on my French.
