Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐Despite the title “SAP GRC” and the authors both working for SAP the book had something missing …. SAP GRC. The book is a generic introduction to GRC that takes over 300 pages to introduce a topic that is covered in less than 70 in the free Sophos “Compliance for Dummies”.With SAP making a shameless up-sell pitch to my company on the benefits of the expensive SAP GRC tool I expected an introduction to the tool in this book. Apart form a couple of generic references to SAP GRC in a few pages around the mid 60’s that contained little useful information you could have been mistaken for believing that the authors had taken a draft of “GRC for Dummies” that had been rejected for lack of meaningful content and performed a global search and replacement of “GRC” with “SAP GRC”.The most useful function of this book will be to flip through when the SAP sales rep performs her next up-sell visit.
⭐Clear and concisely written but was hoping for expansion on some sections.
⭐Purchased this book in hopes that it would go into some detail of the various GRC areas covered by SAP, especially Global Trade Services. Unfortunatley, GTS had about one very generic overview page. It was obvious that the writers had spent little or no thime to research this area.Nice for high level overview, but dissapointing on the details.
⭐This is a good book for people without knowledge of GRC at all.The text is clear with enough examples.
⭐I liked it immensely, a few tricks I didn’t know yet.
⭐Actually I didnt have time to read the book, only the index … probably I’ll start to read soon. I recommend the seller because the transaction was simple and easy !Thanks !
⭐The Review Title pretty much sums up this review. One can find more GRC info, and better organized, free on the web.The ‘SAP’ in the book title must have been inserted solely to sell more books – it is a misnomer and should be removed.-TG
⭐This is a very good book to introduce you to GRC and SAP. The writing is clear and the content is well-organized. Being fairly new to the field it was exactly what I was looking for.
⭐Not sure why it is called SAP GRC – this is a general GRC book and has next nothing to do with SAP
⭐Not found.
