Many models have been proposed, including some that make essential use of the supergravity multiplet. A variety of experimental searches have been carried out, and more are planned for the future.

⭐I love this book. I had written that there were some sign mistakes, but, it was me who was confused about the signs (as I realize now after being more careful with the signs). I apologize about my previous review. Spinor fields are Grassmann-valued, in Physics (having to do with the spin-statistics theorem). Also when you use the superspace approach, you introduce extra fermionic type coordinates. The reason why these are introduced is that they allow one to work with commutators, instead of anticommutators, the former being more familiar (from the theory of Lie algebras).Back to the book, I think it is a great place for mathematicians and physicists to start, in order to understand supersymmetry. The book focuses on d=4 and N=1, which is perfect to start. The book is rather mathematical, in character. Some might complain that it is perhaps too formal, but I feel that without knowing how the yoga of supersymmetry works, in detail, it is probably difficult, if not impossible, to get a sound understanding of this concept.In all, I highly recommend this book, although it would be also useful to simultaneously look at some other sources. Arxiv contains several good introductions to supersymmetry for instance. I believe it is wise to also look at these more recent sources simultaneously.

⭐It is a great book to have if you want to work with supersymmetry but it is very mathematical and dry so I wouldn’t call it a great read but rather good tool.
