⭐The majority of the essay is a clear break down of the tactics used in debates. Compared with any political discussion, the truth of the any real debate is not to find answers, but to make your answer considered right over your opponent. The tactics covered in this book range from simple distraction to out right declaration that your point is correct, even when it is clearly wrong. Everyone who laughs at the stupidity of political debates should read this insightful tome. Also, the last few chapters cover some basic philosophical ideas, like truth of beauty or the beauty of truth. These last few chapters seem randomly added for they don’t clearly follow the main theme of debate, but are delightfully entertaining none the less.

⭐Loved the in depth analysis of dialectic and the various strategies and counters to each. Very helpful in winning and identifying manipulations in debates

⭐This is a very detailed and inspired essay on dialectical tecniques, to lie on oral discurses, essential work to uncover liars. Read, study and never be fooled again! The best way to win a debate is to be on the side of truth, if not, here is the tricks, read and be on the right side.

⭐what can i say if you like Schopenhauer , you will enjoy it,if you are unfamiliar with him , this is a good starter. i downloaded the kindle version, and am very pleased with it. but i knew what i was getting into when i chose this book. Schopenhauer is a very salty cranky fellow, if you are looking for upbeat, you wont like him. find him refreshingly rational and honest , but he s not for everyone. the kindle download went off without a hitch, straightfoward and fast , no problems with the file nor interface what so ever.
