⭐ I’ve enjoyed all of Jeff Abbott’s Sam Capra books! The First Order continues Sam’s journey to find his brother who was presumed dead for years. Of course his friend Mila is along for the ride and this time Sam has to deal with a circle of billionaire Russians. I felt like this book was probably the most complex of the series and the plot flowed well. Can’t wait to see where Sam’s journeys take us next! My only complaint is I forget where we are in Sam’s journey by the time the next book comes out!

⭐ His Sam Capra novels are among the best I’ve read. I like Sam as a person. Some of his exploits leave you rolling your eyes but that’s what we thrill readers like, right? The detail is great, the characters are well fleshed out. The twists keep coming. I sure hope there is another Sam Capra book in the works.

⭐ I’ve read all of the Sam Capra stories in this series and felt from the beginning that this was a very good one… until the very end. I didn’t see any real “wrap up” to several storylines that were quite good and it was disappointing. I’m sure this is supposed to make us anticipate another new story, but to me, it was just highly annoying.

⭐ Back to his good writing for the series. The middle books were a bit on the weak side. Plot, action, writing back to almost as good as the first in the series.

⭐ As wuth all Jeff Bbott books, lots of action and fantastic character development! Fast action makes for great reading! I have become an Abbott fan.

⭐ For fans of the spy thriller genre, the Sam Capra books are quite enjoyable. Sometimes a little bit silly but well written and fast moving. With appropriate expectations (it’s not le carre), worth the time.

⭐ I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Sam Capra’s life on the edge, and this thriller is one to please. Each Capra story gets better and better, and this one leaves you wanting more. Abbot is a top-notch mystery/thriller writer right up there with the best of them.

⭐ This book was well worth reading! Full of action twists and turns and I couldn’t put it down. Highly recommended. Looking forward to follow through to see what happens next in future books.
