Daniel and Myra were a delightful couple, and their pull toward each other kept me riveted to this story. I liked the way Myra could take care of herself, despite being sheltered for most of her life. I liked Daniel, but there were times when he irritated me greatly. Mostly toward the beginning when he kept bemoaning the loss of his bachelorhood. Still, I liked that he waited for Myra to accept him before the bedding commenced. Ms. Knight has a gift for writing wonderful characters that pull the reader into the story. I liked that both the hero and heroine were strong characters in this story. Myra definitely was no doormat heroine. After all, the girl did kill a man to protect herself. I was likewise impressed by the vivid details and engaging story. ⭐Another in The Stolen Bride Series. Better than last one with more action. Daniel and Myra find each other in the road to meet with Robert The Bruce and William Wallace. Myra must deliver a message to The Bruce from her brother who was killed in an attack on their castle. The Bruce has to be warned of an attack from one of his highest ranking Lairds who had turned on him to ally with Longshanks. Myra is alone when she is found by Daniel who is also on his way to join with Bruce and train his warriors. Daniel has joined with Myra to protect her and help her get to The Bruce. For the ending of this story you need to read for yourself. Good Reading !!

⭐I love to read Eliza Knight’s stories about the Sutherland family. This story is about Strath who is Laird Mangus Sutherland’s son. Strath is theLaird of Dornoch. He also does different jobs for his King Robert the Bruce. This mission is to go to England capture a man by the name of Lord Belfinch and to see if Lady Eva de Clare was alive. Lady Eva’s father the Lord Northwyck was being blackmail by Lord Belfinch. Belfinch is going to marry Lady Eva and there is no one who will stand up for Lady Eva.Now arriving at the gate to capture Belfinch, Strath finds them in the chapel. Strath kidnaps Lady Eva. They head back to Scotland knowing that Belfinch and Lord Northwyck will follow.Strath heads to Glasgow where his Uncle Jamie and Aunt Lorna liveSecrets start to unfold and learning to trust is important. Several things happens, I think that if you love Scottish stories you would enjoy reading this book.HAPPY READING !!!!

⭐Though the language was bad;; just because it existed in those days doesn’t mean you have to use them so much.but it was the sexual content that was disgusting. Page after page of disgusting filth. It just isn’t necessary to make a book good. I had to leave through Page after page and it didn’t take me long to get through the whole book since most of it was filth!!!

⭐I thoroughly enjoyed the rivalry between Myra and Daniel. They fought, teased, and explored each other on their journey to get an important message to the Bruce. Both of them stubborn as a mule only led to one of them having to cave in. Daniel and Myra were quickly learning each others moves as they danced the tango. Neither one wanting to take a break. Gradually Daniel’s plan to get Myra to trust him and share her secrets paid off.If Myra wanted to make it safely to deliver her message to the Bruce she was going to have to trust and forgive Daniel for breaking her heart years before. Laird Ross was a traitor to the Scots and had killed her family, and she had information that would save the future Scottish king and all the Scots. With so many decisions in front of her she couldn’t fail her clan by deciding with her heart.Definitely read Knights 3rd book in the series of The Stolen Bride. You have to find out if she makes it to the Bruce in time to save his life, and who she chooses; her clan or Daniel.

⭐A fun highland adventure with very appealing characters. I enjoyed this story very much and found Myra and Daniel’s chemistry an intriguing part of the plot. Lots of political unrest in the time of Robert the Bruce and William Wallace, but fortunately, it didn’t get too bogged down in that arena. The focus was mostly the captivating relationship between Myra and Daniel. Eager to read the next in the series.

⭐Not a Burn, a Fizzle.Scottish Highlands, 1297This Book started out so well, but I noticed the main character Myra , had a penchant for hiding and sneaking around. She was also dishonest with her husband and love interest , Laird Daniel .There is a castle attack at the beginning, then a long slow, boring journey to find RobertThe Bruce .So the book grabs you at the beginning, then fizzles out.

⭐There’s so much in this story tht is unsaid. So much 7nfinished and I didn’t evn make 1/2 way. It was just way to silly for me to continue. Sorry, not sorry

⭐This story was fantastic! I loved it from the very beginning. The strength of Myra, unfailing in her quest. Finding love in the strangest of circumstances.

⭐My Granny as the whole series for books she says the storylines are very good. So If like Highlanders like my granny this books is most get in her eyes

⭐Really enjoyed the story. I only wish that American authors would understand that it is Autumn in the UK not Fa!l. A minor thing but so annoying… Looking forward to reading Ronan and Julianna’s story.

⭐Great read this is the third book in the series and I have enjoyed them all. Good strong characters who you can’t help but like and want them to get together.
