Editorial Reviews: About the Author Born and raised in Hawaii, Robert Kiyosaki is a fourth generation Japanese-American. After graduating from college in New York, he joined the Marine Corps and served in Vietnam as an officer and helicopter gunship pilot. Following the war, he went to work in sales for Xerox Corporation and, in 1977, started a company that brought the first nylon and Velcro ¿surfer¿ wallets to market. He founded an international education company in 1985 that taught business and investing to tens of thousands of students throughout the world. ⭐El mejor libro de bienes raíces!!! Robert es un verdadero mentor

⭐Turning off the morning commute radio station and instead listening to audio books is one of the smarter decisions I made for 2018. This one contains lots of great life stories about real estate investing told by those that have done it. I learned quite a lot, and it opened the door to new ways of thinking about assets. There are a few stories where you hear about mistakes people made. I like those the bests, since we learn more from mistakes (ours or other peoples) then from the successes. Having each chapter read by the entrepreneurs themselves made this a really entertaining audio book.

⭐It is quite thick book but gets to the heart of the matter of real estate. Basically, it’s about the challenges/successes of other real estate investors; how they recovered from their mistakes/failures and, are at the top of their game. I wanted to have this book in my investing library since I run my own real estate investment company. I’m nowhere near through reading it and am reading other real estate books simultaneously. The training is always ongoing b/c sometimes things change within this industry that may or may not affect how we do business. My husband and I were trained via Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Investor Program in late 2011. Since we can’t work this business by ourselves, I assembled and hired a team of professionals (in 2 states) to work with since real estate investing is primarily a relationship business. You realize a higher rate of success using this book as a reference guide, learning from the mistakes of others in helping to achieve your goals.

⭐Robert Kiyosaki has helped me tremendously on my road to financial independence. This book is another of his that is full of key aspects that will help anyone who decides to follow through to become successful.

⭐This book touches on many aspects of Real Estate. That said, it is very high level and will not give you the kind of details you really need to start and be successful. On a positive note, I will say the book is full of referrals to other books that will give you pretty much everything you need to know to get your head in the game.My biggest gripe with the book is that the publisher is a massive fail. I took off an entire star because of it. Almost all chapter and page number references throughout the book do not line up with their intended destinations. This Plata Publishing should never be used by any author. Also, the 2 chapters from Trump and his children are a complete waste of space. Big surprise, right?

⭐This book is worth it’s weight in gold! I’ve liked all of Kiyosaki’s books and courses but this one really stands out.Mr. Kiyosaki has brought together some brilliant minds and what they wrote is easy to understand and makes absolute sense. As an investor specializing in lease options, I tried to do it all on my own and got 4 contracts but then they were not with motivated sellers. While reading this book, it became very clear to me the importance of having a team of people to help you out. My biggest take away is “Investing is a team sport.” Yes, I know that’s a ‘no-brainer’ but now I truly realize what he and the others who contributed are trying to say in this volume.Lately, I’ve switched over to specializing in tax deeds and liens and the chapter on lien investing by Mr. Wheelright is very good – he makes it very simple and easy to understand.I highly recommend this book. It is in the top 3 books on real estate investing that I’ve ever read, and I’m a book and seminar junkie. Get this book today!!

⭐My son and I love the book and will read it many times… the perfect book for those who don’t want to retire and barely get by.

⭐I love Robert’s books. I started with Rich Dad Poor Dad and have read quite a few of his books. Great information and usable advice. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in the real estate investing business of someone who is thinking about getting in.

⭐Book came in excellent condition, very happy:)

⭐Excellent book!

⭐Its compulsory for anyone who is in real estate or wants to understand/invest to read this book. But the quality of the paper is pathetic, its really thin the print looks like it will fade in a few days time.

⭐There is a lot of new information in this book. If you are a serious Real estate investor, then this book will show you all you need to know about this business. I loved every bit of this book.

⭐¡Buenísimo! La verdad, valió cada centavo invertido, ya que es un libro grande y muy bien trabajado, con aportes de varios expertos en la materia sobre el mundo de los bienes raíces. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!
