Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐This was a great find. A wide variety of puzzles with a nice mix of easy, medium, and difficult levels. One bummer: for most of the puzzles, clues are given in English for Spanish answers, and vice versa, and there’s not always a way to tell if you’ve got the right word. Many times I “solved” an entire puzzle, and upon checking the answer (provided in the back of the book) found that the totally correct word I had chosen was not the one preferred right answer. Also, many of the “right” answers were uncommon or outdated words. But I would still recommend this book as great vocabulary practice and lots of fun for word game buffs.

⭐This book features a variety of fun word games using themed Spanish vocabulary. If you are still learning vocabulary, the activities in this book may be a bit too difficult. But you could easily make flashcards to use all that vocab in the book to learn the new words. I’d recommend this to firmly intermediate students of Spanish.

⭐This is a weak resource, confusing games with little emphasis on the vocabulary.

⭐Better than memorizing list of words.

⭐Perfect level for me.

⭐Very hard – very good.

⭐Not too good

⭐This book is educational fun. There are graduated levels so it is appropriate for different levels of Spanish language skills. Looking forward to the second volume!

⭐Lots of puzzles but few types of puzzle – mostly crosswords, anagrams and word searches. Most depend on translation from English to Spanish, so they are quite hard, e.g. The list of animals for one word search included ‘mole’.It would have been better if some puzzles in Spanish had been included, perhaps. Lists/ words in Spanish would have jogged the memory more, rather than desperately searching in the dictionary. Ok but cannot recommend.

⭐Great for adult’s learning a foreign language – prompts vocabulary building

⭐Good learning and reference – just needs to be ‘dumbed down’ for a beginner
