Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:
⭐I love anything that is written by Asimov, particularly his non-fiction. He is so thorough and so interesting. This is yet another of his brilliant books. Now I know that there are 96 Amino Acids in Insulin among other things factual.
⭐Isaac Asimov is no longer with us, but he has left us an enormous body of his work in almost every category of the Dewey decimal system. This book is a collection of essays on numerous subjects which he explains with profound insight so that it is understandable to all. It is an enjoyable exposition on the attraction of large numbers.A favorite of mine, and one which perked my interest in physics and continues to be remembered by me with great fondness.
⭐good
⭐I’ve always enjoyed Issac Asimov’s science essays. Really nice to have them in Kindle format. My paperback copies are worn out!
⭐Dated to be sure, but you can hear his good natured humor still. He liked to stfetch your imagination and confound you too.
⭐Asimov could not be boring if he tried. While this work is some fifty years old, it still is one of the best popular treatments of the subjects discussed, simply because if Asimov’s wit and clarity.
