⭐Be careful what you order! I did not realize I was ordering this book in French. It could be that I missed some subtle note somewhere, but I certainly got the impression I was ordering an English version. Nevertheless, it came in good condition, and is kind of cool to have in the ol’ SK library.

⭐Ill start off by stating I bought Rage hoping that the major price drop ($50 as opposed to $500 for other copies) was just ignorance, not because the damn book was in French (excuse my French). (Joke intended) Not to mention a 5 week wait for the book to even show up. Other than that, the book is in pretty good condition, and i got beautifully typed note thanking me for my purchase, and happy reading, I famed the note and hung it next to my to do list. I thought it was great the note was in English. I was actually able to read it quite well, merci pour le livre! Too bad i dont know French.

⭐This item was a total RIP-off. It is advertised as one thing then once you buy it, suddenly it changes and tells you it’s written in French! Until you actually purchase it you think you are getting an English language version.

⭐Une prise d’otage dans un établissement scolaire qui se transforme en vraie séance de psychothérapie de groupe….Déjà en 1977, Richard Bachman (pseudo de S.King), sous la forme d’une fiction originale et violente, s’interroge sur les possibles causeset origines des diverses tueries (de masse ou non) dans les structures scolaires ou universitaires.Tout comme avec “Chantier” , “Marche ou crève”, ou “Running man”, derrière le récit sordide,dans un monde futuriste ou non, transparaissentsouvent les “dommages collatéraux” de nos sociétés dites modernes, sur les individus….Les mêmes causes, produisent-elles les mêmes effets en 2018?….L’analyse de King parait bien toujours valable plus de 40 ans après. Un vrai sociologue ce Stephen King….

⭐Bonjour,J’ai connu les oeuvres de Stephen King quand j’étais jeune avec cet oeuvre.Dès les premières lignes, je me suis sentis captivé. On se met vite dans la peau de Charlie pour comprendre de ce qui se passe dans sa têteUne prise d’otage d’élèves qui au fur et à mesure change en…. je ne dois pas en dire plusMais Richard Backman nous transporte dans son univers souvent morbide qui nous tient en halène sur chaque page.Visionnaire dans ce livre qui est toujours d’actualité 40ans aprèsUn livre à lire et relireUn chef d’oeuvre et un plaisir de le reposséder
