⭐ I must say that I really love the Blood Courtesan series. Each story is different, but each book is about vampires and blood courtesans. Since there are a variety of authors, you get many different takes on the same subject. It is always exciting to see how and what path each book is going to take. Stolen took a very different path, but was very interesting and well done. Roman and Dakota started off with a major miscommunication which confuses and angers Dakota. She doesn’t understand what is going on with Roman and cannot figure out why she is there. Finally, Roman let’s her in on what is behind his behavior, and that is when all sorts of action starts happening. Dakota turns out to be very brave and strong. This is good, because when they have to deal with Mother, it gets pretty tense. And let me tell you Mother is a real mother *****r! I really enjoyed this book. My only complaint is that I didn’t want it to end. I am really looking forward to the next Blood Courtesan book. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

⭐ Well I got my pre orderedcopy today, and As I have been waiting on getting this latest addition to the blood courtesans family, I sat right on down and began reading! Now despite interuptions ie shopping, eating tea, etc I have finished the book. I loved it wonderful read held my interest from whoa to go, plenty of interesting happenings, to keep your interest, and a HEA to keep me happy. To say I enjoyed this book from Marissa Farrar is an understatement I loved it!! This is a different take in the blood courtesans storyline being that these girls hVe been stolen as young girls. These are very Interesting characters, Dakota the newest of the blood courtesans and Roman who purchased her are lovely and well devoloped characters and I really think there could be further books of these lovers and I would be first in line to purchase the next installment Marissa…. totally loved this book…….. when did you say the next book is coming out??

⭐ Stolen 10/28/16This Blood Courtesan story is about Dakota and Roman. Like all the books in the series it is not terribly long. Easy to read in a day.The story begins with Dakota. She was stolen as a child and raised to be Blood Courtesan. The woman they all call Mom, has trained them to satisfy vampires both in and out of bed. Dakota has reached the age she can be sold and it taken to her new owner’s apartment and left to await his awakening. When Roman first meets Dakota he does not act like she expects him to. He doesn’t feed off her or have sex with her. In fact, he doesn’t do anything with her, including give her access to any food while he is sleeping his day away. When he next awakens she confronts him and he takes her out to eat, but she still doesn’t get any answers from him about his behavior. She can tell he wants her, so what is holding him back?I do not want to ruin the story for you. If you have read the other books in the series you know what to expect. Other than the fact that it is too short, it covers all the bases. Hot man, sassy woman, sex, adventure, declarations of…. Nope tmi .

⭐ Stolen is a really good addition to the Blood Courtesans series. Its take on the courtesans is much different than the other books I’ve read in this series, in that young girls are being stolen from their families and raised to be the most coveted of all courtesans. This book tells the story of Dakota; she has turned 18 and is sold to a vampire with the expectation of being his personal love slave/feast. When Dakota meets her owner, Roman, she comes to find something totally different than what she expected, as sex and blood is not what he wants from her – at least not at first. There’s some great dialogue and tension between Dakota and Roman, and when we discover why Roman kept Dakota at a distance, I couldn’t put the book down. I was hooked and eagerly awaiting to see how the story would play out. Although the book wrapped up with a pretty good ending, I also feel like the author may have left the door open for at least another book. And if so, I would happily read it.

⭐ I am really enjoying this series and look forward to each new book. Being groomed to be a blood courtesan for vampires from the age of 12 is the only life Dakota knows, until she turns 18, when she has to begin her new life with the vampire who has purchased her. She is afraid to leave the training center and put in use what she has learned and she gets confused and angry and causes problems when Roman, her new owner, does not act like she has been trained to believe is normal for vampires. The story line has danger, action, surprises and romance. I hope someone picks up on this story and writes a follow up on what happens to the older girls rescued from the center (especially Christa who was healed by Lucas). I voluntarily agreed to review this product. My review is entirely my own opinion. I also purchased this book.

⭐ I’ve been loving the Blood Courtesans series. Each book is about different characters by different authors yet all within this world of vampires and blood courtesans. Dakota is finally leaving the center to serve the vampire that bought her. She is dismayed when he doesn’t immediately want to feed from her. Roman is shocked at his reaction to Dakota but he didn’t plan to want or desire the blood courtesan he acquired. His agenda is much different, he wants to find and kill Madam, the woman Dakota knows as Mother. Can this unlikely pair find common ground? Or will Roman’s need for revenge keep them apart?

⭐ Stolen is a well thought out plot that keeps you guessing what is going on.You go from a compound to a flat, and it keeps moving from there. The young lady first appears as a sheep but truth is she is a feisty young lady who will make you want to read her story.Its a highly entertaining story that while not overly long is entertaining till the very end. Some nice twists that will leave it open if there is another book coming from this author for the Blood Courtesans!

⭐ Another blood courtesan book. It seem that each book gets a little better. This story is interesting although the fact that the courtesan in this story were stolen to be blood courtesan. Dakota has been a blood courtesan since she was 12. She has been sold to Roman, he is the most beautiful man an vampire she has ever seen. She is confused as he doesn’t seem to want to touch her. He treats her so good. Roman is attracted to Dakota but in a way she makes him think of his daughter who was stolen when she was just a baby. Can Dakota help him find out what happened to his daughter. Can Dakota an Roman ever act on the love they feel for each other. I’m not gonna tell you . You will enjoy it more if I don’t spoil it for you. This is another excellent blood courtesan story this one the work of Marissa Farrar and Michele Fox. I know that I’ve never read a book by Michele that I didn’t like. I voluntarily decided to write a review for this advanced reader copy.

Dakota is raised to be a blood courtesan. Which means doing as she is told….at least until that stubborn streak that she has decides to rear it’s head. Look out Roman!Gotta love Roman. He tries to do what he thinks is the right thing. He just starts our wrong.When these two strong-willed beings come together, the sparks fly.This was a great addition to this series and sure do hope there are more.

⭐ I really enjoyed this authors writing style. I thought the story had a good flow, with engaging characters and an interesting plot. But there are several large issues that I didn’t feel were dealt with. My biggest issue was how quickly she recovered after being a slave for a decade and than discovering the truths she based her life on were a lie. While I undertake this was meant to be a short story, this was something that should have been dealt with. Plus it felt like the “Mothers” entire operation was left as a loose end. All together I thought it was a good story that could have used a little more work.
