⭐This book moves fast without bogging down in passive voice or going off on a tangent. It clearly traces Buddhism’s development in China and outlines the foundation of Nichiren Buddhism in Japan. As a student of Far East history, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. As an SGI Nichiren Buddhist, I found it enlightening.
