She transitions seamlessly between the snarky and the scientific, reinforces her points with clearly relevant examples, and maintains a compassionate tone throughout.”” – Araceli Noriega, Reader Views [Review Quote] “”Although Harper isn’t exactly sanctimonious about language, her fabulous expertise on mental health makes this tiny book jam-packed with empathetic encouragement.”” – Dave Wheeler, Shelf Awareness About the Author Faith Harper, PhD, LPC-S, ACS, ACN is a bad-ass, funny lady with a PhD. Reviews from Amazon users which were colected at the time this book was published on the website:

⭐This is a summary of the anxiety portion from Faith Harpers how to untuck your brain. It is really good for recognizing anxiety and how to deal with it. Good stuff in cognitive application therapy.

⭐I read this book after reading “This is Your Brain on Depression” by Faith G. Harper, which I LOVED.I feel like this one didn’t have quite as much good info as the one on depression, but I still enjoyed Faith’s explanations in her blunt and profane voice. She’s definitely one of my new favorite authors and I look forward to reading many more books by her!

⭐A small book, easy to read, I pick up often.

⭐I bought this thinking it was the book, it’s not. It’s the condensed version/the zine.

⭐Reading this along with other books she has published is incredibly helpful

⭐Great book helped me a lot to understand the physics of anxiety..Love Dr Harper, she’s so good at explaining things, i have almost every of her books… This series of books are pefect for commute

⭐Good info for sure. Skip this book and read “how to unf**k your brain” From the same author for the fuller picture. It includes all the content of this book and a bunch of other stuff that’s super relevant to depression.

⭐Awesome read great book helps with coping with anxiety also better understanding anxiety. How to manage it great book to read.

⭐This was for a member in the family. Lots of swearing i was told and was a waste of time and money reading it.

⭐I love her books! This one has great breathing techniques that have really helped me a lot. She writes in a way that is not at all patronizing which I feel many doctors do unintentionally. It has really helped subdue my anxiety and I really highly recommend any if not all of her books.

⭐This is a great book with great tips.

⭐Great read!If you don’t like swearing … DON’T BUY THE BOOKI love how easy it is to read and understand.
