⭐Well it’s kinda like a jackal. I absolutely loved this story. Our heroine has lost everything or so she thought. She’s a big believer in bad luck. Losing her family at a young age and then her adopted family just when things were starting to go well who could blame her?When she comes to the Wiccan Haus for healing our hero makes himself known. He only had 3 days to make her his and she spent those days in a coma. So instead of a mating he was slowly dying. Trying to make the best of what was left of his life, he finally gets to know his other half.This talented story teller has woven a wonderful tale of life and love and loss. She’s included and captured the Rowans essence brilliantly. Don’t miss this one.Come back for another visit to the Wiccan Haus.

⭐I’m not sure how to rate this! Love the Anubi, this would be the first book I’ve read with this theme! But, the attention to detail was really lacking….First, the cover art has issues, gorgeous model, with a very distinctive tattoo of a dragon? Where is the body art of a jackel? His hair is cut quite close to his head, not true with the description of Hayze’s character.Second, spell checking wow, I stopped counting after 7, but ‘ trained’ is not spelled tRayned, any word that had rain, was missed spelled Rayne. If this was a play on the author’s name, it came off bad. Very hard to follow, and try is reread to figure out what is being described!

⭐I absolutely love this series!!! Holds my attention, very seductive in the more intimate scenes!

⭐Love this series and this novella. Unique hero, surprising twists and eternal true love. Can’t get any better than this!

⭐Blaine considers herself the unluckiest human in the world. Anytime anything good happens, something worse follows right behind. The night her world fell apart beneath the claws of a Yazaron, she sees Hayze and speaks the words which reveal her as his soulmate. Unfortunately for Hayze, the Anubi are only given three days in which to win their soulmate and Blaine spent those unconscious in the ICU. Now they’re both on the way to Wiccan Haus – Blaine because she ‘won’ a trip there and Hayze to watch over her before he ceases to exist. As Blaine doesn’t want anything to do with Hayze, he doesn’t want to press the issue, plus he thinks it’s too late now.UNVEIL MY HEART is a superb addition to the Wiccan Haus series, especially for a new author to the series. Hayze is a noble, yet frustrating, Anubi willing to respect the wishes of his soulmate and not interfere in her life. All he wants is for her to be happy, even if the cost is his own life. Blaine finds herself drawn to Hayze, even though she fears him and his association to the night her life changed forever. I liked Blaine and could understand her feelings of wariness about something good in her life turning bad. The author didn’t make the initial interactions between Hayze and Blaine easy and I applaud the decision heartily. Yet, when Blaine and Hayze do connect, it is magical to say the very least. UNVEIL MY HEART has well-developed characters (new to Wiccan Haus) and stays true to the recurring characters. A definite must-read for fans of this series!

⭐Hayze is an Anubi that has finally found his true mate, but she wants nothing to do with him. Can he convenience her to take a chance on him or will he die in the process?Blaine is healing after almost dying at the hands of a monster. Finding it hard to be positive after losing everyone she holds dear she believes she is a “walking, talking time bomb for bad luck”. She longs to be with the man who saved her from a monster, but can she afford to cause him the bad luck she carries?From shifters, witches, empaths, anubi, humans, an evil organization and a race against time this story was a real mashup of adventure and frustration. At times you just want to shake the main characters and knock some sense into them. But the thought of losing each other turns the tables and there is nothing they won’t do to get to each other. This was a fantastic read. I really enjoyed some of the paranormal creatures I haven’t seen in a book before, it definitely made this one stand out for me. Learning to let go and live, and strong friendships bring this story home. This one will leave you feeling just a bit lighter. A fantastic read!Received a copy for an honest review.

⭐Another visit to the island which is fine by me because I just can not get enough of it. Another exciting element is Rekkus,Sage,Sarken, and Cyrus will all be involved in this story at one point or another because of their friend Hayze. He has sent his mate her whom wants nothing to do with him so he thinks after a vicious attack left her alone killing her loved ones. She alone was rescued but with injuries. Healing is what she will get here but what will become of Hayze. His time is running out and his friends can not stand by and watch him slowly fade away so this is their story and one that is bound to effect your heart also. He also is one I have not heard of before which is also refreshing which helped keep me intrigued often. This author reveals who and what he is with all the important details and why time is so important. She thinks she is bad luck waiting to happen but someone and events will turn her around for better. Love will also play a big role in changing her mind and sealing her heart. How everything eventually plays out will keep you captivated with a ending that will sure be one that pleasures.

⭐I am a serious Wiccan Haus addict. The idea of an adult paranormal “fantasy island” type world is genius. I read each of these as soon as I can get my hands on them. They just make my day happy. I was a little concerned, however, about this one. I was afraid that it might be a bit too intense because of the ICU/certain death component. I actually waited almost two weeks before I read it and that never happens. I was such the fool. Of course being part of this shared world it was not a downer and it most certainly had an HEA. Why oh why do I over think things?This is the first I have read by this author and the first she has written for this series. It was clear from the get go, that she not only understands the Wiccan Haus vision, but is also a fan. She not only knew the background of the residence of Wiccan Haus, but she understood their characters. It was great to see her bringing in a long time friend of Rycus. That connection made for some interesting interactions which let me see some characters in a different light. As for the main story arc, it was fun, a bit different, and had an element of the unexpected. Add to that two likable, yet broken characters, and it was such an enjoyable read. I really hope Nya plans to write some more for Wiccan Hause.I was given a copy of this book.

Will she see him in any other light, before his time is up? Fabulous story- a great addition to the Wiccan Haus series!
