⭐ Charlotte’s life seemed hopeless. She was struggling to pay for college, she lost her job, she couldnt lose weight to save her soul, and her boyfriend had dumped her and left her alone at night where she was bitten by a werewolf. So now she was having to learn how to control her inner wolf who caused her to shift at the most awkward moments. But the good looking sheriff gave her strength and calmed her wolf whenever he was around. Charlotte knew he had been a bit of a player so she needed to fight the feelings he brought alive in her even if he had also been bitten by the same crazy wolf that turned her into a werewolf along with several other members of their small mountain community. But when hunters start shooting at her, it’s Sheriff Kane that comes to her rescue, both the first and second occasions. Protecting Charlotte brings out something new in Kane. He wants to protect her. He wants to be around her. He wants her…for now and the future. But Charlotte fights her feelings, until it comes time to save Kane’s life!Michelle Fox’s stories are well-written with great characters that make you care about them. The books are stand alone reads but do refer to characters that continue through the series. Moon’s Law is book two but I read it first. Now going to read the first one. Sure it will be great as well and I’ll look forward to #3.I was gifted a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Grateful for the enjoyable read.

⭐ Review for MOON’S LAWI received this as a gift for an honest reviewNewly turned werewolf Charlotte is having one heck of a time controlling her shifts. And it has put her in harm’s way today. When two men come into the coffee shop talking about going out and killing some wolves, she’s knows her shift is imminent. She runs out and smack into the sheriff, taking him down in the process. Sheriff Kane Martin is newly turned too…not thrilled about it either. When he helps Charlotte get up, she feels much calmer. He has that effect on her and she appreciates that he can do that. But all is not well yet. When an incident once again allows her wolf to surface, Charlotte is hunted and wounded by the hunters. Kane once again comes to her rescue. But in the aftermath, they find a hunter of weres is on their trail. This is a danger for all the pack and needs to be taken care of. What happens next is a struggle for life for them and the pack. The real question is whether or not they will be able to defeat the hunter that seems to have as much or more strength as they do. Will they walk away from this with their lives or will they succumb to inexperience ???

⭐ I just dont know what it was about this book in the series but it moved way too slow for me. I kept sighing and rolling my eyes and yes I did have to skip a little. There wasn’t enough romance in it to begin with. I didnt actually feel much of a connection with Kane and Charlotte. They dont seem that well matched. Not that the attraction wasn’t there because it was a little. She’s not even his type which he admits more than once to himself. I can’t help but think because his wolf wont leave him alone about her is all this couple has going for them. I mean later in the book he digs her but meh. At least thats the vibe I get. This is NOT a love story. They dont even act on getting together til the end of the book. Charlotte is a very weak character and wishy washy about what she wants. I honestly think the best part of the book was when he took her to meet his parents lol. That was priceless otherwise it didnt hold my attention long. It was painful to finish for me but I did because I did want to know what happened. I think I also had issues with it being a believable story with the cover up part of it. A cover up that seems to VERY unlikely. He’s a police sheriff for goodness sake and it totally bothered him all the lying. I get they have to protect themselves but I think it was too much with 3 bodies and his parents knowing about the shootout. Also, what about those 2 idiots families? The whole town isn’t werewolf. I’ve read her work before and liked it. I even liked book 1 but this not so much. Sorry. 🙁

⭐ The is an awesome book!. The story line is so intense and compelling!. The Characters are fantastic!. This book is about a curvy woman Charlotte aka Char who’s life was changed forever when her ex.boyfriend dumped her in the middle of no-wheres. Char and several others was bitten by werewolves at that time.Sheriff Kane had been turned some time before so now he is helping Char and the others to cope with their new lives. One day Char over hears a couple of human Men talking about hunting wolves. This freaks her out and she takes off because she is having trouble with shifting when she gets up set. As she is heading for the woods she runs smack into Sheriff Kane. For some reason Kane feels highly attracted to Char even though she is nothing like the women he usually dates as he dates shinny gals lol. Kane helps Char stop her shift and sends her on her way. Then later he gets a call of someone is shooting at a wolf. Could it be Char?. This amazing book is stocked full of suspense,action and steamy hot romance! It is another Michelle Fox 5-star plus book!

⭐ This is solidly one of the best books that I have read recently, and I read a lot! This story is the second in a series apparently, and now I need to read the first one, immediately! The characters are connected through a shared experience of crazy violence and have had to learn to deal with new situations. That is the basic truth, but as in all things the details help to shine the focus. The relationships that come from this shared experience also make them stronger. Charlotte was getting over a bad break up on top of having to change the whole direction of her life. She is a strong character and carries the heart of this story. The plot is a compulsive read, as I constantly thought about how the plot was moving or the characters were developing whenever I had to put it down, like for work, or sleep. It moved forward steadily and did not get bogged down with too much word count fluff. The words used told enough of the story to move it forward smoothly and successfully. There was violence, but it wasn’t too over the top, and there was some sexuality, but again, it was tasteful and well written. I was completely taken by this story and will look for more books written by Michelle Fox in the future!

⭐ This is the second book in the serial New Moon Wolves. You do not have to read book one to understand all about this book BUT it would help to understand what is going on if you read First Moon if you have not already.This book deals with the “made” wolves mainly Kane and Charlotte and how they are dealing with their wolf and human sides. I really love how Michelle Fox writes so you can actually see everything like you are there. I can see the hair sprouting out on Charlotte’s arms when she hears the hunters talking about hunting the wolves. I can see the “Hunter” who knows about and how to kill a werewolf.This book is so good. You see the hard times and the romance forming between some of the made wolves. Different view of shifters in a great story. I was given an ARC which I loved so much I purchased the book so I would have a matched set to re-read again later.

⭐ After one of four brothers stopping while going thru the town turns rogue and bites several of the residents turning them into werewolves things can only get better right?Now when the bitten are trying to get a handle on their wolves a new threat comes into play that can destroy everyone in the new pack. Hopefully the sheriff with the help of one of his feisty female pack mates will be able to deal with the new threat along with their new alpha and his two brothers that are left.I will be looking forward to seeing more of each of the new pack members in future books. Each character seems to have something to contribute to future stories. There is action, adventure, drama, and seeing each person deal and move on with the changes in their lives.

⭐ I was given a ARC of Moon’s Law and in return, I just have to give an honest review.Moon’s Law is a fantastic paranormal romance written by Michelle Fox, it is part of the New Moon Wolves series of the Bite of the Moon collection.Charlotte Wills lives in the small town of Glen Vine, Michigan. Charlotte was dumped and left in the wild by her boyfriend. While in the wild, Charlotte was bitten by a werewolf and evidently she became a werewolf. Charlotte is a very curvy girl who is attracted to Sheriff Kane Martin who is, also, a werewolf. Sheriff Kane who is scorching hot and any girl would love to be with him. But normally Sheriff Kane doesn’t go for curvy girls but his wolf wants Charlotte for his mate.Charlotte can handle herself but the more she is around Sheriff Kane, she wouldn’t mind being taken care of by Sheriff Kane. And more so since there are humans hunting werewolves.The sexual attraction that Charlotte and Sheriff Kane is exhilarating. This book is a sexually charged story full of steamy love scenes and a must read for fans of paranormal romance.

⭐ This book is not your typical werewolf romance, its shows a different view, how one has to adjust to being a werewolf. The story starts with Charlotte being depressed not only about having turned into a werewolf against her choice but also her ex dumping her. It get interesting when she has to run from some guys intent on killer her in her wolf for and Kane the sheriff who was also turned comes to her rescue. But things just escalate from there, when a hunter shows up in town to exterminate the werewolves. Its a fight for their new way of life which leads Kane to the realization that he will do anything to protect Charlotte. Had to break out the tissue a time.or two. Enjoyed this book, it wasn’t your typical boy meets girl and lives happily ever after.

⭐ Kane is the sheriff of a small town, newly bitten, he is learning what it means to be a wolf shifter. Charlotte was also bitten, along with 7 other locals. Strangely enough, the three brothers of the rogue shifter who bit the locals are helping the new pack to assimilate to their new realities. But it is not easy, not with someone hunting them. Someone evil, someone powerful. And Kane and Charlotte are in the heart of it, with Charlotte being the first target for extermination. This book had a great storyline. But it also had lighter moments, humor, and romance. I loved Charlotte’s character. She had a bad break up with her ex. She is out of work, out of school until she gets her life together, but now also has to deal with an amorous Sheriff, an internal wolf, and a killer out to get her. This woman is funny, clumsy, a little insecure, and she has a heart of gold. She is also bad ass when she has to be. She was a great character.
