⭐ The book is good, gives you lots of tips and precautions. My biggest complaint is I would like the Sanskrit names of positions. Yes I realize the weights modify a pose but it’s something I am interested in. I also really like to flow my practice, and this book offers several practices for different goals, but I have to adjust to create my own flow. Otherwise, it’s like moving from one position to the next without beauty and grace, which is one of my favorite parts of vinyassa yoga.

⭐ . The basics are a good start but I thought it would have more sequences.

⭐ Always a great resource. Lots of info given in a concise, humorous way… Love it! Makes sense to get a weight bearing workout at the same time as a yoga practice!

⭐ This was good to do something a little different, I could think of more things that may have been in this book, but it gave me a good start.

⭐ If you want to know about yoga combined with weight training, whole body movements plus flexibility and core strengthening then this is the book for you. No fancy glossy colour illustrations but easy to follow programmes.

⭐ I have arthritis and it is slowing me down. I thought I would give it a try …. WOW!!! I was surprised what a workout you get. The book is broken down into various exercised; starting with warm ups and moving through simple exercises to more advanced ones. It has routines for various body areas as well as sports related ones. I would recommend this to anyone.

⭐ It would be better spiral bound (easier to stay open) with quick reference charts to the different routines.
