⭐Great experience

⭐The content of the book is good for reference and review. However the thin paper of the text makes it impractical to highlight or write notes. Paper quality is similar to newspaper and easily tears.

⭐I can always find perspicuous proofs and abundant supplementary exercises in this text, and always try to have the latest edition available.

⭐This book was super helpful when it came to my linear algebra class at Berkeley. If any other student needs help on MATH 54, I recommend this book!

⭐The version I used is probably the first edition. I used it in my first linear algebra course back in 1984. I used the book to supplement the Anton’s linear algebra text used in the course.

⭐Come da titolo, il libro contiene spiegazioni dettagliate sugli argomenti trattati con tantissimi esempi ed altrettanti esercizi (con soluzioni).Purtroppo pero’ la carta e’ sottilissima e la copertina “flessibile” e’ fin troppo flessibile… e’ paragonabile ad un vecchio elenco telefonico. Anche il modo in cui il testo e’ organizzato nelle pagine lascia un po’ a desiderare. Immagino tutto cio’ sia dovuto al cercare di contenere i costi per offrire un prezzo piu’ basso rispetto ad altri libri di riferimento au questo argomento.E’ arrivato in tempi brevissimi ed e’ molto economico, tuttavia la qualita’ della carta e’ tanto scadente. Carta leggera che rischia di strapparsi troppo facilmente.El contenido es el necesario para repasar ejercicios y entender un minino de teoría. Sirve muy bien para el propósito anunciado en el libro.No obstante, el papel es de una calidad verdaderamente lamentable.Ce qui caractérise les séries Schaum c’est la volonté d’enseigner de manière simple avec la théorie juste nécessaire et beaucoup d’exemples sous forme d’exercices résolus . C’est plutôt réussi .Le petit (petit) bémol est qu’il y a souvent des erreurs typographiques mais en fait ce n’est pas très grave car on les corrige facilement, c’est une sorte d’exercice . Les livres sont d’un prix très abordables car ils sont très simplement réalisés.Je recommande vivement .
