The narrative is beautifully written in the third person with his and her perspectives from Maxim ‘Max’ Tendor and Elise Daniels. I was immediately smitten with Max and Elise. Max is not only the handsome billionaire owner of the Winning Streak Hotel & Casino in Vegas, he’s also a weretiger and alpha of his Streak(clan/group of tiger shifters). Elise is the Marketing Director for a conservative California magazine who’s come to Vegas with her two besties to celebrate her thirtieth birthday. Max is a real go-getter who has everything his heart desires. Well, almost everything. Max is missing the one thing he can’t seem to locate – his true mate. Unfortunately, all the money in the world can’t buy happiness or, at least, not until he can find his mate. And he’s almost given up hope…until he spots a lovely, curvy, brown-haired human beauty who’s just arrived in town. Now all he has to do is find a way to meet the somewhat timid Elise, arrange a date, explain he’s a weretiger and she’s his fated mate, then somehow convince her to stay in Vegas – with him. Oh, and explain he’s not a maintenance technician but actually the billionaire owner of the casino! That’s a pretty tall order. Elise is only in Vegas for a few days, giving Max very little time to pull off the impossible. Needless to say, Max makes several poor decisions which lead to a few hijinks and a whole lot of confusion, especially since Elise has no idea shifters even exist. She just thinks it’s all magic tricks. After all, what else would you expect in Vegas??? Let’s hope, for Max’s sake, what happens in Vegas will stay in Vegas, along with Elise. Unfortunately, not everyone is happy about the situation and is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the mating. Oh my! Buckle up for a fun-filled ride!Did I like this book? Yes, very much! WOuld I recommend it? You bet and I am but only for adult readers. I’ve been a Vella Day fan for years and love her paranormal romance. When Day released this story last year as part of the Michelle Fox Charmed In Vegas Kindle World Collection, I knew it would be good and it is! I’ve always enjoyed humorous romantic Vegas tropes and Day did a fabulous job with this one. If you enjoy a fast-paced paranormal romance with a dash of angst, a sprinkle of danger and suspense, a generous measure of laughter and fun, then this book is definitely for you! Will I read this author again? Absolutely! ANd finally, was I entertained? Completely! Fabulous entertainment and an awesome read!

⭐ Wowser! A Smoking Hot Magical winner in Vegas, baby! A contemporary PNR fiction must read! I have never been disappointed by any book I’ve read by this talented author, and this latest page-turning refreshed re-release is a quirky & fun novella! Despite being a quick & easy read, I felt the tempo flowed very well with fast paced character development and a unique & entertaining story-line that will engage the reader & keep the pages turning 😀 Oh, and did I mention sexy and smoking hot? 😉 Plus great descriptions and fun characters that will pull you into the book 😀 I highly recommend reading “A Billionaire’s Roar” and any book by this amazing author 😀

⭐ This was a short, sweet paranormal tiger book. It is not my favorite Vella Day book but it managed to entertain me for a few hours. I liked how Max went to great lengths to get to know Elise even though he was totally clueless on how to do it. His fumbling was where the sweet part of the book comes into play. Elise has low self esteem after how her ex-boyfriend treated her and it was nice to see how she was able to feel better about herself because of how Max treated her. Yes, they have an instant connection and a HEA. I just wish the story was a little more developed and longer.

⭐ Thoroughly enjoyed reading Elise & Max’s story very much. I love reading a happy ever after story it makes my day. Thank you for writing this story.

⭐ This was a delightful, sometimes funny love story. It was enjoyable reading a book where everything was relatively easy and love between species occurred without trauma.

⭐ Elise goes to Las Vegas to celebrate her 30th birthday and have a fun time with her 2 BBF, she never expected to have such a ‘WILD’ celebration!Elise is called on stage by Nikolai the Magician and asked to think of her fantasy, she never expected it to feel so real and wild, but most of all she never expected her fantasy to come true.Max Tendor is a Weretiger Alpha and owner of a very wild looking Casino, wild because it is animal themed all over, but Max is feeling very angry and wild because he has not been able to find his mate.. Then while trying to be a good Samaritan on the strip Max is assailed by a tingling sensation and a scent that makes him reel. When he realizes what it is he calls on his Beta, Nikolai the Magician to help him solve his dilemna and the results are magical, yet devastating.And so the fun begins as Max tries to solve the problem he has created with his fated mate Elise.
